Okay, so this is something I've been wondering about for a while and finally got off my lazy butt and posted a topic about it.
I listen to some music that most Christians consider...questionable. Marilyn Manson is the first one that comes to mind and I think we all know why his music is despized so deeply by Christians. A few others are Cradle Of Filth (Labeled as Satanists), Angtoria (Wiccan/Athiest), and All The Pretty Horses (Their lead singer, Venus, is transgendered). Now, I personally don't see anything wrong with any of said bands; but then again I am just a 14-year-old who loves her music. My parents offer no advice on the subject, and I'd like to get an opinion from someone other than the stricter-than-strict Nazarines at the church I go to.
So basically, my question is this: Do you think there is anything wrong with listening to music made by Satanists, Wiccans, and transgendered people, as long as you don't agree with their message or take it seriously?

Let me tell you what I think:
As a christian, I do listen to mostly christian music. Stuff like athiests, satanists and all that will bother me, depending on what they're saying and the style of music. I mean, if you don't agree with their messages, it can still make an influence in some ways. Don't get me wrong, I do like bands like MCR, and I'm not saying they're bad, becuase they definetely aren't. But I'm saying this from my heart because I used to have a friend and she's now an athiest and it REALLY bothers me. I don't mean to offend you in any way if I am, but I'm just telling you this in my opinion.
